Description: Open to graduate and undergraduate students already attending a four-year college/university who are looking to gain tangible experience for their resume during college year working with students from other colleges. Cash award, with checks issued jointly in name of recipient and college/institution he or she will attend for current year. Must provide 2 references. There are 3 awards given out annually. See website for online application and requirements. Deadline: March 1st. Recipients will be notified.
Additonal Requirements: Our only requirement is for prospective students to complete site registration forthe state in which college will be attended and complete their ePortfolio. Other than that be ready to connect what you are learning with your future career field in a mentored and collaborative environment. You'll have the ability to work on real world projects for business clients and receive payment. Some of the business clients you'll be able to connect with could be your future employer and some of the students you'll work with from other colleges will become part your life-long network of professional peers.
