"Every journey needs rules between neighbors."

Instead, she provided the doors through which people used the entire communication kingdom.

One day, a child asked Nova:

"Which guardian is the most important?"

Nova looked down at the six guardians below.

"None of us stands alone," she said.

"Terra creates the path. Lumen creates order. Orion creates direction. Serena creates reliability. Vale creates conversation. Aria creates understanding. And I help people use it all."

The child nodded.

"So the kingdom works because every layer helps the next?"

"Exactly."

And from that day forward, the people of Connectia remembered the wisdom of the Seven Guardians:

The Physical Layer creates connection.
The Data Link Layer creates trust.
The Network Layer creates direction.
The Transport Layer creates delivery.
The Session Layer creates continuity.
The Presentation Layer creates understanding.
