Arizona Online has maintained its reputation as one of the nation's top online education providers with a top-15 placement in the 2024 Best Online Bachelor's Programs rankings by U.S. News & World Report, released Wednesday.

In its ninth year of operation and eighth year of rankings eligibility, Arizona Online received its fourth consecutive top-15 finish among the best online bachelor's degree programs, ranking tied for No. 11 out of 339 ranked programs overall, placing it in the top 3% of all ranked programs.

Arizona Online earned an overall score of 91 out of a possible 100 and tied for No. 7 in the peer assessment category, which is determined by ratings on academic quality received by presidents, provosts and deans of admissions – or officials in equivalent positions – at institutions submitting peer assessment surveys.

Arizona Online also maintained its No. 4 overall ranking for its bachelor's program offerings for veterans.

"The University of Arizona has spent the last decade enhancing its ability to deliver world-class online educational opportunities for students throughout the world," said University of Arizona President Robert C. Robbins. "Our consistently excellent placement in these rankings reflects Arizona Online's unquestioned reputation as a leader and an innovator in the online education space and represents our dedication to educational accessibility."

Many Arizona Online students are adults who work full time, including parents who seek the flexibility of online courses and active military personnel who require the ability to study from wherever they are stationed or deployed.

"We are thrilled to earn yet another excellent series of rankings from U.S. News & World Report," said Caleb Simmons, executive director of online education. "More students each year are pursuing online educational opportunities, and we believe it is our responsibility to ensure that we provide these students with high-quality, innovative learning experiences."
